Your website is empty. Is everything sold out?

If everything shows 'sold out' then I currently don't have any items available for purchase. I make a collection of work available once every few months. Check out my Instagram feed or the announcement bar here on my site to find out when my next update is happening!

* If there is a password on the shop page, that just means I’m prepping the site for an upcoming restock and the password will be removed at the time of the update.

Help! I was in the process of purchasing a piece and it suddenly sold out!

Unfortunately, having an item in your cart does not hold it for you. If another person with the same item completes their transaction first then it will immediately become unavailable (even if you had it in your cart). There’s no way around this - but a tip would be to create a customer account (top right) before an update happens so you can check out quicker!

I saw you post an item that I absolutely love, can you reserve it for me?

No, sorry! In order to keep things fair for everyone, I put everything up on my shop at the time of the update - though as a newsletter subscriber you occasionally get early access!

Do you do wholesale?

I am currently not taking wholesale orders. As a mama to two little ones and a one woman business owner, my time and energy are limited. Therefore, I spend it creating work exclusively for my online shop.

Do you take custom orders?

I am not taking custom orders at this time.

Are you making anymore of (blank)?

Maybe! I like to keep my process organic and authentic to what my hands and heart are inspired to make. I have some collections that are only available seasonally but there are a few go-to favorite color ways that will always be in rotation (such as Blush and Moonrise).

Can I put my piece in the dishwasher or microwave?

All my work is microwave and dishwasher safe. However, hand washing is recommended for the longevity of your piece. Throwing them in the dishwasher every once in a while is fine but the quick temperature changes can cause stress to a piece, especially if it is exposed to them often.

I live in (blank) do you ship there?

I currently ship within the U.S. and Canada. I recently added Australia, United Kingdom, Switzerland, and France to the list. I am hoping to expand shipping to world wide this year! :)

I live locally and wondered if I can pick up my order instead of having it shipped?

Yes, you can! Just choose PDX local shipping at checkout - this will void the shipping charge and allow you to pick your piece up in person. An email with detailed instructions will be sent and please do not show up outside of the date/time that has been arranged.

What are seconds or samples?

Seconds are pieces that do not meet my standards for selling and samples are items that were testers for new designs.

Here is a list of reasons why something may be a second:
- Glaze imperfections/flaws in the surface design
- Small knicks, scratches, or chips on the surface or rim
- Glaze crawls or splotches on interiors
- Superficial Cracks on the handle seams
*ALL SECONDS ARE STILL FUNCTIONAL UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED*

A note on combined shipping and shipping overages…

I will automatically combine orders if I see multiple orders with the same shipping and billing information and will always refund shipping overages. But you can still send an email if you’d like. :)

Is the packaging eco-friendly?

I try to be as earth friendly as possible with my packaging! I use 100% biodegradable and/or recyclable materials. Packing peanuts are non-toxic and compostable (they dissolve in water!).
