CARING FOR YOUR CERAMICS

Due to the delicate nature of handmade ceramics, pieces may break, even with normal wear & tear, and I cannot (unfortunately) be responsible for broken pieces months down the road. My pieces are made to be durable, but please use care. All glazes and clay used are food and drink safe, and although each piece is dishwasher and microwave safe, gentle, nonabrasive hand washing is recommended for the longevity of your piece.

Visa, MasterCard, and Paypal are all accepted.  Payment must be received before item will ship.


SHIPPING

All in-stock orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Michelle Luu Pottery ships all orders via the United States Postal Service. Shipping charges are based on the weight of the items purchased.

*For international orders, customers are responsible for all import duties and custom fees within their own country. Please allow 7 - 14 business days for Michelle Luu Pottery to ship your items. Michelle Luu Pottery is not able to identify how long any order will take to arrive once it reaches customs in your specific country.

If you would like to upgrade your shipping (RUSH, UPS or FedEx) please contact me before you make your purchase. I am happy to accommodate you if I can!

**A quick note on why shipping is so expensive! The weight, size and destination of an order are all factors in the shipping price. As ceramics are fragile by nature, extra care is required to package each order to ensure it arrives safely. Several layers of bubble wrap and kraft paper are necessary, which adds extra weight and size to the shipment, increasing the cost. However, please be assured that I take all measures to reduce shipping costs to customers when possible (recycling and re-using shipping materials).


REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Please contact me within **48 hours** if there is a problem with your order. If your order arrives in broken pieces, don't worry, we can find a solution! If this happens to you, here's what you do:

1. Immediately photograph the package and the broken piece(s).
2. Contact me ASAP to let me know about the situation.
3. A replacement or refund will be on the way as soon as possible.

All sales are final.
